Ancient works of art illustrating the history of Rome. Paintings from the 14th to the 18th century. The recently restored hall of the 16th-century Capitoline Archive of Palazzo dei Conservatori hosts the new Medieval Hall with a fascinating exhibition around the monument to Charles I of Anjou.
