We are happy to announce a redesign of the internet site to all our readers. The update has been designed to inform and improve the quality of our work within the tourist sector. Via the website we intend to communicate the most important events taking place in the city of Rome. Also we will cover current activities on a daily basis. Everything from culture to exhibitions, lyrics, opera and classic concerts, local street markets and sports events. Furthermore, there are lists of hotels, restaurants and exclusive boutiques.

The website incorporates the monthly on-line paper edition of “Un Ospite a Roma - L’Evento” (A Visitor in Rome - Events). The magazine gives various types of information about Rome, in an easy accessible form to make it more pleasant for the visitors that arrive in the city each month. Beginning in August the new monthly edition of “Un Ospite a Roma” will be available as a dual publication, with increased information about events and appointments, combined with the review “L’Evento”.

“Un Ospite a Roma”, was first published in 1982, by the partners of the association “Associazione Romana Portieri d’Albergo Le Chiavi d’Oro” which is an organization that includes hotel concierges of the city of Rome. “L’Evento” is a periodical edited by the Municipal of Rome, published by the Ufficio Stampa and distributed to Tourist Information Centres (PIT), placed in booths within the city, in the libraries, in major book stores and in main museums. In agreement with the Municipal of Rome and the association Chiavi d’Oro, the publications have been combined into one bilingual magazine, with an easy to use table of contents in order to facilitate and to render services for tourists visiting the city.
